Role & responsibilities
- Strong leadership experience, ideally in building and managing high-performance teams in offshore delivery centers.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT transformation projects, including migration and consolidation of services.
- Solid understanding of SAP technical issues, platform lifecycle management, performance tuning, and monitoring.
Preferred candidate profile
- In-depth Knowledge of SAP Technical Platform Management: Strong expertise in SAP system lifecycle management, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within critical IT environments.
- Experience with IT Transformation and Migration Projects: Proven ability to manage and coordinate large-scale IT transformations, including service migration and consolidation activities.
- Familiarity with Automation and AI in IT Operations: Understanding of how to leverage automation tools and AI technologies to improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
