Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant based in Bengaluru South. The consultant will work on implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management solutions. Daily responsibilities include performing system configurations, integrating with other SAP HCM modules or external systems, consulting with clients to understand business processes, and managing master data. The role also requires proactive problem-solving and working collaboratively with teams to meet project goals within the stipulated time frame. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business requirements and deriving effective solutions. • Experience and expertise in Consulting, providing tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs. • Thorough understanding of Business Processes and ability to align them with SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. • Proficient in handling Master Data and performing accurate system configurations to fulfill project objectives. • Knowledge in Integration methodologies to link SuccessFactors with other SAP and third-party systems. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. • Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules are an added advantage. • 1-3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM implementation is required.
