Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Fiori projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP Fiori best practices.
4. Design and develop user-friendly and intuitive SAP Fiori applications that enhance user experience.
5. Customize and extend standard SAP Fiori applications according to business requirements.
6. Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting during project lifecycles.
7. Create documentation including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.
8. Lead training sessions for end-users on how to effectively utilize SAP Fiori applications.
9. Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in the SAP Fiori space.

Essential Skills
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Fiori Consultant or Lead.
2. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading at least two full-cycle implementations of SAP Fiori projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP Fiori architecture, design principles, and development methodologies.
4. Strong expertise in UI5 development, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, OData services, Gateway services.
5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions using SAP Fiori technologies.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
