We are looking for a talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 2 – 4 years of experience to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, deploy, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Create process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Support SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Assist with integrations using SAP CPI, Integration Center, and third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business users, HR teams, and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2 -4 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process documentation.
• Understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Talent Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, Integration Center, and third-party system integrations.
• Knowledge of configuration design, testing methodologies, and deployment activities.
• Strong documentation skills, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
