- 1- 4 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to train, present, and interact with international clients.
- Expertise in SAP administration, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in UNIX and database tools.
- Experience with the latest SAP product implementations and troubleshooting in critical environments.
- Hands-on experience in resolving major incidents and performance tuning.
- Experience in project documentation and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of high availability solutions and ITIL framework.
- Strong skills in project planning, scoping, and solution architecture.
