Job description:

SAP- SuccessFactors professionals design, implement and deploy SF human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll and recruiting and workforce deployment, design and configures HR processes.

The Consultant supports the clients in selection and implementation of specific SAP SF modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Consultant may need to complement the account teams by working closely with the Team lead/Manager and other internal units, have the ability to document and create demo scenarios, envision the solution approach. The Consultant role is a key role in our client support cycle. The role will be to support client requests on topical matters requiring strategic guidance from Hackett.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly
  • Protect the Intellectual Property
  • Adhere to all the policies and procedures
  • Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data
  • The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP/SF modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Design, configuration and testing in various SAP SF Modules: EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc.
  • Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
  • Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
  • Carry out complex or novel assignments

 

Essential Skills:

  • Must possess min of 1-3 yrs of experience in SAP SF EC or minimum of 1 implementation and support project
  • Minimum One -Life cycle implementation of any SF modules i.e., EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc. is must
  • Certification in any of the SF modules is must
  • Should have strong functional knowledge of the system
  • Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines
  • Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • SFECP or SAP HR payroll exp will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors solution framework, ASAP and ACTIVATE methodologies
  • The candidate should have a good problem-solving approach
  • Must be good in Microsoft Office (Advanced)
  • Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
