WFA Processor

Job Title: WFA Processor

Location: Chennai

Exp Range: 1-4 Years

Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

  • Step 4: Select “BPO” in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
  • Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
  • Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Required Skills:

1) Overall work experience of 2+ years with minimum 1 year experience in supporting Employee Data Management back office operations.

2) Experience in handling simple & medium complex Payroll transactions within Hire to Retire process

3) Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day-to-day operations.

4) Preferably I should have worked on SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Kronos

Must have skills

1) Experience in Workforce administration

2) Experience in handling simple & medium complex Payroll transactions within Hire to Retire process

Good to Have Skills:
