JOB DESCRIPTION
- 5-12 years experience in SAP BASIS with experience in S/4 HANA systems administration along with HANA Database.
- Has worked in support projects including upgrades, system refreshes, etc.
- Good experience in SAP technical architecture and all the technical configurations of ABAP and JAVA systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in handling P1/P2/P3 incidents while analyzing and resolving technical issues related to performance, dumps, job failures, memory, etc.
- Should have good communication skills and learning attitude and must have proactive problem-solving approach.
- Expertise in System Installations, Upgrades, System Refreshes and SAP-BASIS Day to day technical activities.
- Should be good in STMS setup in complex environments.
