What you’ll do
Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to the customers
- Lead multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to the customers
- Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions
- Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick win
- Experience of working in remote delivery model
- Minimum 10 years application consulting experience
- Good experience & knowledge on multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central Time / Time off / Time Tracking.
- Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module
- At least eight (5-8) end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM
