Key skills required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically PMGM.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors Admin Center and basic provisioning tasks (added advantage).
- Good knowledge of Performance Form templates, Goal Plan configurations, and workflow routes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
- Exposure to other modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, or Succession Planning.
- Experience in hybrid work environments and cross-functional collaboration
