Job description
- As a Business Process Associate (Techno-Functional), you will analyze and optimize SAP solutions in your respective functional area for global customers, leveraging both business process expertise and emerging AI/ML technologies to drive intelligent automation and operational excellence. You will present insights, findings, and recommendations to IT managers and business executives to enable data-driven decision-making and process transformation.
- In addition, you ll be expected to explore and apply AI/ML-driven innovations across these processes including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, demand forecasting, intelligent document processing, and process mining by integrating SAP capabilities such as SAP AI Core, SAP Joule, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Datasphere, and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Performing deep root cause and trend analysis using analytics and machine learning insights
Identifying opportunities for AI-assisted automation and process efficiency
Designing and deploying intelligent workflows and predictive models that complement traditional SAP processes - Collaboration and teamwork will be key, as you will work in global, cross-functional environments.
Travel, of course, is part of the business. - What you bring
- Relevant Post Qualification Experience: 2 to 4 years
Implementation & Support Project Experience: 2 – 3 end-to-end implementation cycles
Technical skills: Exposure to AI/ML frameworks(understand LLMs), Python, Node.JS, Fullstack Development, RestFull Services(Sync/Async), Web App development, SQL Database, SAP BTP (Good to have) or other Cloud Environment knowledge. - Educational Background: A very good bachelor s degree in Engineering / Technology
- Travel: Willing to travel in India & Abroad
- ABAP Performance analysis skills & integration knowledge with other SAP modules / SAP Products & third party applications will be an added advantage
