JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in SAP systems related to Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) modules.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular quality checks and validations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze reports using SAP tools to support business operations.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and maintenance processes.
- Provide support during system audits and reviews.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system usage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SAP data entry or related roles. Freshers with relevant training or certifications are welcome.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP modules MM, SD, and PP. Familiarity with data entry and reporting functionalities within SAP.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
