Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Talent Module Expert with deep functional expertise across Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession Planning, and Performance & Goal Management.
The consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, integrations, and release upgrades for talent solutions aligned with business and HR strategy.
Core Modules & Responsibilities:
Learning Management (LMS):
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Manage items, curricula, programs, assignments, and learning history
- Support blended learning, assessments, and reporting
- Integrate external content providers and learning systems
- Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and enhancements
Recruiting (RCM):
- Configure recruiting templates, job requisitions, offers, and candidate workflows
- Support end-to-end recruiting lifecycle including approvals and offer management
- Configure candidate profiles, interview scheduling, and recruiting agencies
- Integrate recruiting with external job boards and background check vendors
Onboarding (ONB 2.0):
- Configure onboarding programs, tasks, forms, and role-based permissions
- Support new hire, rehire, and offboarding processes
- Integrate onboarding with Employee Central and Recruiting
- Troubleshoot onboarding process flows and notifications
Succession & Career Development:
- Configure talent pools, succession plans, and key position nominations
- Support career paths, mentoring, and readiness assessments
- Enable talent review processes and calibration sessions
Performance & Goal Management (PM/GM):
- Configure performance templates, goal plans, and route maps
- Support continuous performance management and feedback processes
- Manage performance cycles, forms, and ratings
- Integrate performance data with compensation and succession modules
Integrations, Testing & Support:
- Support integrations across SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party tools
- Manage data migration, template uploads, and XML configurations
- Lead unit testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support
- Support quarterly SuccessFactors releases and production issues
- Prepare functional documentation and user guides
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Talent module experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Recruiting
- Onboarding 2.0
- Succession & Career Development
- Performance & Goal Management
- Experience with multiple implementations and global rollouts
- Strong understanding of talent management best practices
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Learning, Recruiting, PM/GM)
- Experience with Integration Center and SAP CPI
- Global / multi-country implementation experience
- Agile or hybrid project delivery experience
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple work streams
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
