JOB SUMMARY
- As a BASIS – L3/Lead Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will utilize your customer-centric skills, communication skills, analytical skills, result-driven approach, and collaborative skills to excel in this role. With 6-10 years of relevant experience in SAP BASIS, you will play a crucial role in actively monitoring systems, handling bridge calls with clients, and supporting project knowledge in handling ABAP and JAVA systems. Additionally, having knowledge of applications such as BOBJ, BODS, Cloud connector, Content server, Open Text, and web dispatcher will be advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- – SSL and SSO configuration
- – Exchange of certificates and renewal of certificates
- – Building trust between systems
- – Providing technical support for SAP systems by examining technical infrastructures
- – Managing SAP instances and configuring and managing the SAP printing subsystem
- – Maintaining SAP performance and monitoring all SAP systems to ensure reliability, availability, and performance
