This role is for our IC L&T Construction & Mining Machinery and is based out of our Corporate IT department at Headoffice, Powai, Mumbai.

Purpose of the position
Design Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Management processes.
Configure purchasing, pricing, release strategies, and valuation.
Support vendor master, source lists, and MRP parameters.
Ensure integration with FI and PP.
Optimize procurement and inventory KPIs.

Areas of Exposure

Perform detailed fit-gap analysis and recommend standardization or customization.
Configure SAP S/4HANA organizational structures, master data, and transaction controls.
Define functional architecture, business rules, and configuration rationale.
Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and review with stakeholders.
Define RICEFW requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
Plan and execute cutover activities including mock runs.
Support go-live, hyper care, incidents, and stabilization.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management.
Ensure audit readiness, SOX controls, and statutory compliance
