JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and design. Additionally, you will conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Get to the core of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and design innovative solutions
– Develop proposals, contribute to solution design, and configure products accordingly
– Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates
– Actively lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives
– Provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers
QUALIFICATIONS
– Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models
– Good knowledge of software configuration management systems
– Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends
– Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities
– Understanding of financial processes and pricing models
– Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions
