Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (Currently 2 days WFO; may increase to 5 days as per client requirement)

- Round 2: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

Support execution and testing of IT General Controls (ITGC), including:
- Access Management (User Access, Privileged Access, SoD)
- Change Management
- IT Operations (job monitoring, backups, incident management)
Assist in SOX / ICFR / Internal Audit engagements
Perform control walkthroughs, evidence collection, and documentation
Execute design and operating effectiveness testing under supervision
Identify control gaps and support remediation tracking
Maintain audit documentation, test scripts, and working papers
Coordinate with application owners and IT teams for audit evidence
Support audit queries from internal and external auditors
Follow defined methodologies, templates, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
1–2 years of experience in IT Audit, ITGC, Risk Advisory, or Compliance
Basic understanding of:
- IT General Controls (ITGC)
- SOX, COSO, COBIT frameworks
- Logical access, change management, and IT operations controls
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
Basic knowledge of user access reviews and role management
Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
