Your work profile
Certified and proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience.
- Configure the Time Management module in SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module – Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
Key skills required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Employee Central practitioner with an experience of 8–12 years
- Good knowledge around Process designs and Personas of SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Employee central like Position Management, Time Off, Time Sheet, benefits etc. Well versed in building Custom MDFs, Business Rules enhancement, Letters and Notifications.
