Desired qualifications
· At least 7-10 years of work experience in a challenging and dynamic environment;
· Implementation count between 2 – 3 and having played a role of lead or by supporting the lead functional consultant.
· Strong India Payroll knowledge with statutory requirements
· Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Payroll like-
· PCR Configuration
· Payroll configuration tables
· Wage type characteristics (Processing and Cumulation class)
· Payroll posting configuration
· Statutory Infotypes knowledge
· Payslip configuration
· Statutory reports.
