JOB DESCRIPTION :
Softmason Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and business-oriented freshers who are interested in building a career in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). The candidate will be trained in sales processes, order management, and customer handling within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Support:
- Assist in SAP SD module implementation and support activities
- Support system configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Work closely with senior consultants on real-time projects
Core Learning Areas:
- Learn sales processes such as Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, and Billing
- Understand pricing procedures, customer master, and sales document flow
- Gain exposure to order-to-cash (O2C) cycle
Integration Support:
- Collaborate with other SAP modules like MM (Material Management) and FI (Finance)
- Assist in data validation and system integration activities
Business Process Understanding:
- Understand end-to-end sales and distribution workflows
- Support customer order tracking and reporting
Documentation & Training:
- Help prepare user manuals and process documentation
- Participate in training sessions and internal workshops
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- Basic understanding of sales or business processes
- Strong interest in SAP and ERP systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Basic SAP SD knowledge (course/certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Understanding of sales lifecycle or CRM processes
