As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: –

Desired qualifications

·      Certified Integration Consultant (SAP CPI) with focused experience of 5 – 7 years, on integrating SuccessFactors (Cloud HR) with third party applications like SAP HCM, Other HR Applications, Attendance machine, SAP S/4 HANA system, Third Part Payroll systems etc.

·      Implementation count between 3 – 4 and having played a role of lead or supporting the lead functional consultant

·      Well versed with availability of standard SuccessFactors integration packages and its usage.

·      Well versed in configuring and facilitating API and File based integration with conversions capability in middleware.

·      Experience in using Integration center of SuccessFactors

Location and way of working

·      Base location: Pan India

·      This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
