Job Summary
The SAP SD Manager will lead initiatives to implement, optimize, and maintain SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. This role involves managing end-to-end SAP SD projects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and aligning solutions with business objectives. The manager will also mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SAP SD module functionalities, including pricing, order management, billing, shipping, and delivery processes.
- Lead SAP SD implementation and integration projects, including full lifecycle upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, PP, etc.) to ensure smooth integration and business process alignment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for system improvements and data integrity.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
- Monitor and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions.
- Education – Any Graduation
