Job description

Program Manager to lead the strategic implementation of SAP SuccessFactors’ HRIS. This role is central to transforming and modernizing our HR operations across the U.S., with a focus on critical modules such as Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Onboarding. The Program Manager will play a key role in the standardization of TA/HR/Ops processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving a seamless transition to centralized HR systems. This position will have a direct impact on workforce management in a high-growth environment and will be instrumental in delivering a successful enterprise-level solution.This role demands strong hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), especially in Workforce Planning, and familiarity with SAP IBP, BPC, DataSphere, and BTP. Experience integrating SAP solutions with Workday is essential.

Location and way of working

·      Base location: PAN India

·      This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
