Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Handle integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SAP SD functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, invoices, and pricing.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of core SD processes: order-to-cash cycle, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Knowledge of integration with FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management).
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Exposure to S/4HANA environment.
• Experience in handling end-to-end implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP SD reporting tools and data migration.
