Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Handle integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SAP SD functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, invoices, and pricing.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of core SD processes: order-to-cash cycle, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Knowledge of integration with FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management).
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Exposure to S/4HANA environment.
- Experience in handling end-to-end implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP SD reporting tools and data migration.
