Job Description: SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Reporting Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in reporting tools and people analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building reports, dashboards, and managing EC data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reports using SuccessFactors People Analytics (Story Reports)
• Create and maintain reports using Canvas/ORD (Online Report Designer) and Ad Hoc Reporting tools
• Develop and manage tile-based dashboards for business insights
• Work with the Employee Central data model, including workflows and configurations
• Handle MDF (Metadata Framework), foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows
• Support data migration and mass data update processes using templates and reporting tools

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central reporting and analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • People Analytics (Story Reports)
  • Canvas / Online Report Designer (ORD)
  • Ad Hoc Reports
  • Tile-based dashboards
• In-depth understanding of:
  • Employee Central data model
  • Workflows and system configuration
