Role: Senior Associate Consultant – SAP FICO
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: India (Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/ Pune)
Shifts: Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings

Responsibilities

• Should have worked on Incidents, Tickets, Change Requests, and Change Management processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
• Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
• Serve as an efficient consultant for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Should be able to adapt and work in a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Should be willing to work in Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Associate Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 HANA environments.
• Candidate should have relevant exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
• Should know FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking – EBS & DME.
• Good knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Good understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SAP certification in FICO / S4 HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA Finance is a plus.
