Job description
Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales and distribution processes. • Design, configure, and test SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management. • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations. • Conduct user training and create documentation. • Provide support to end-users and resolve issues related to SAP SD. • Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP) to ensure seamless integration. • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements. • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SD functionalities and best practices. • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation (if required).
Required Skills: • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation. • Strong understanding of core SD processes and integration with other modules. • Experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with S/4HANA is a plus. • SAP SD certification is a plus. • Experience in [mention specific industries relevant to your company, e.g., manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals] is a plus.
