Description :We are seeking an SAP BASIS Consultant with strong technical and support expertise to manage SAP system operations, performance, security, and lifecycle activities across Production and Non-Production landscapes. The role involves 24×7 support, system optimization, and close coordination with functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities SAP BASIS & Technical Operations- Perform Production and Non-Production system health checks.- Monitor and resolve performance degradation issues.- Analyze CPU utilization and bottlenecks using ST06.- Manage memory allocation and work process utilization.- Perform HANA administration including monitoring and troubleshooting.- Support SAP Java administration activities.- Work with database-related transaction codes.- Apply and manage SAP Security Notes.- Support BASIS-related ABAP activities.- Handle archiving and data partitioning activities. System Support & Maintenance- Perform system refreshes, upgrades, and patching.- Provide 24×7 production support in rotational shifts.- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.- Maintain and update system configuration documentation.
