Key Responsibilities:

– Experience in the HR domain for 1-3 years

– Proficient in both verbal and written communication – Strong willingness to learn and adapt

– Knowledge or training in at least one SuccessFactors module – Possession of a desired certification in any one SuccessFactors module

– While not mandatory, an MBA in HR, Finance, or Engineering is preferred – Willingness to work in rotational shifts on a 24/7 basis
