Job Description
- As an HR Executive at Atharva Foundries Pvt. Ltd MIDC Wai, your role involves providing HR support to the manufacturing unit. Your responsibilities include recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, employee communications, compliance and risk management, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Key Responsibilities: – Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process for manufacturing staff, including production workers, supervisors, and managers.
- – Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- – Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- – Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. –
- Performance Management: Collaborate with production managers to develop performance management plans.
- – Employee Communications: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Requirements: – Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- -Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- – Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
- – Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software.
