JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant with strong functional expertise in Materials Management and S/4HANA implementations. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, managing teams, and driving business process excellence across procurement and inventory management functions.
Key Responsibilities :
– Lead and manage SAP MM implementation and enhancement projects
– Handle procurement and inventory management processes end-to-end
– Manage RICEFW lifecycle including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
– Oversee logistics invoice management processes
– Work on S/4HANA functionalities and ensure alignment with best practices
– Lead offshore teams and ensure smooth coordination across teams
– Act as a primary point of contact for client interactions and stakeholder communication
– Participate in all phases of implementation including ITC (Integration Testing Cycle), FUT (Functional Unit Testing), data migration, and cutover activities
– Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high quality
– Identify process improvements and recommend best practices
Mandatory Skills :
– Strong experience in SAP MM with S/4HANA
– Deep knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes
– Hands-on experience with RICEFW lifecycle
– Experience in logistics invoice management
– Full end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience
– Strong understanding of S/4HANA best practices
– Experience with SAP Fiori applications
