Job Description
- 7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors have done 1 end to end implementation of Onboarding 2.0
- To provide expertise in configuring Onboarding in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizations
- Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models – Succession data models, and MDFs, propagation data models
- Strong expertise in Employee Central Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization Structure, Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Rules Management, Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects Configuration, business rules configurations.

- PMGM
- Succession planning
- Compensation
