Job Description
Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products. Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products to customers. Ensure successful implementation of the SuccessFactors’ Employee Central product.
͏Essential Functions
- Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product.
- Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
- Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
- Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
- Prepares status updates, tracking time and expenses to ensure timely system implementation.
͏Required Qualifications
- Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)
- SAP ECC consulting experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (including Time Off) implementation.
- At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
- Must have led at least 2 full data migrations as the Lead
- Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.

- Advance knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
