Job Description
- 10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- To provide expertise in configuring Employee Central in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizations
- Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models – Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data models
- Must have worked on Integrations with atleast one external system (Eg: R/3, S/4 Hana, Active Directory, Service Now etc)
- Must have experience in story reports
- Certification in Employee Central is a must
- Experience in either one additional module is must –
- Onboarding
- Compensation
- PMGM
- Succession Planning
- Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central .Experience: 8-10 Years .
