Job description

SAP SF Consultant (EC & RCM)

Experience- 1+ yrs

Location- Onsite-Rajendra Place

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors EC and RCM modules across project phases.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
  • Manage foundation objects, business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF configurations within EC.
  • Set up and optimize RCM components including job requisitions, application workflows, candidate management, and career site settings.
  • Support integration touchpoints between EC, RCM, and other modules.
  • Conduct system testing, support UAT, and resolve defects.
  • Prepare configuration workbooks, documentation, and end-user training material.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 34 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience with at least one to two full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong functional and configuration expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting Management (RCM).
  • Understanding of PMGM configuration and processes (preferred/appreciated).
  • Familiarity with business rules, workflows, RBP(Role-Based Permissions), and data imports.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • SuccessFactors certification in EC or RCM is an advantage.
