Looking for an experienced consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management & Recruitment Marketing (SF RCM–RMK) with:
-
10+ years of SAP experience and 3+ end-to-end SF Recruiting implementations
-
Strong configuration skills in JRDM, CPT, CDM, Offer Details, picklists, RBP, org & job structures, route maps, applicant status sets, business rules, job applications, emails, offer letters, translations, custom help text, system notifications, and Recruiting operators
-
Deep experience with XML, CPE/CAS, Interview Central & Interview Scheduling, Instance Sync, EC/Onboarding/Position Management integration, and inbound/outbound RCM interfaces
-
Solid HR and talent management process knowledge, data migration & data management strategy, SIT/UAT, test script design (RCM & integration), and test automation exposure (advantage)

Excellent communication, client-facing, workshop, and documentation skills; proven ability to design functional/technical solutions
