Viscap-cs is looking for SAP Successfactors – ONB (On-boarding) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Gather and analyze client requirements, recommend and design HR solutions that meet their business needs, and ensure successful implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
• Develop project plans, timelines, and manage project scope to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, its capabilities, and limitations
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Recruiting, and Onboarding
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom reports and integrations with other systems
• Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve issues as needed
• Create and maintain project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
• Strong project management and consulting skills, with experience in delivering end-to-end projects for clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
