Designation – SPE & SME

Experience 2 to 4 years (4.5 LPA)

5 to 7 years (6.5 LPA )

Candidate should have experience in international process with excellent communication ( voice process preferrable)

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end order processing and order fulfillment activities.
• Create, modify, and track sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with customers, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Resolve order-related queries and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and order status updates.
• Maintain SLA compliance and process accuracy.
• Generate reports using SAP and Excel.

Qualification- Commerce graduates and post graduates Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
