Job description
We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and information systems.
Roles and Responsibility
- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany reconciliation.
- Provide hands-on experience with SAP TAX/RTR processes, including tax configuration and tax-relevant FI processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP FICO implementations and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, including ABAP debugging and enhancements.
- Configure and implement indirect tax concepts, such as VAT, GST, sales/use tax, and withholding tax.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP Tax or SAP Finance Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP TAX/RTR processes, intercompany reconciliation, and elimination.
- Experience with SAP development (ABAP debugging, enhancements, user exits).
- Solid knowledge of SAP Tax configuration and tax-relevant FI processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Strong understanding of indirect tax concepts (VAT, GST, sales/use tax, withholding tax).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
