Job description
- 5 years experience in S/4H Materials Management (P2P-MM)
- Should have worked on SAP S/4HANA (SAP RISE PCE)
- Proven experience in SAP MM implementation and AMS support, including hands-on experience with configuration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the SAP MM module.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, PP) is an advantage.
- Experience with testing methodologies (e.g., UAT, unit testing) is desirable.
- Experience with data migration and conversion is beneficial.
- Prioritizing Incidents depending on the impact to operations/business.
- Experience in Handling P1, P2 and P3/P4 Issues, bridge calls, Impact Communications (notification & escalation)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager / ServiceNow for managing projects, changes, and incidents.
- Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
- Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for MM processes.
- Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of MM based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
- Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner
