Job Description :
- Configure and implement SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.
- Gather business requirements and design solutions aligned with manufacturing and quality processes.
- Configure PP processes including:
- Demand Management
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Production Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control
- Configure QM processes including:
- Quality Planning
- Inspection Planning
- Quality Inspection & Results Recording
- Quality Notifications
- Integrate PPQM with MM, SD, EWM, and PM modules.
- Manage Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Inspection Plans).
- Support end-to-end production and quality lifecycle processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP team for developments.
- Handle interfaces, RICEF objects, and reports.
- Perform testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root-cause analysis.
- Provide user training and documentation.
