JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) module.
- Manage billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and dunning processes.
- Handle customer account management and contract accounts.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions.
- Ensure integration with SAP IS-U, SD, and FI modules.
- Support meter-to-cash processes in the utilities domain.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and system enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP FICA module
- Knowledge of utilities business processes (IS-U)
- Experience with billing, invoicing, collections, and payment processing
- Understanding of contract accounts and receivables management
- Knowledge of integration with FI and SD modules
- Basic understanding of SAP configuration (IMG)
