We are looking for Order to Cash
Experience- 1-4 years
Level – SPE
Work Location – Hyderabad
Notice – Immediate to 30 days.
Academics: B.Com/M.Com/MBA
Candidate should have exposure to F&A Process (Preferably in Order to Cash)
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service /Updates
• OTC Collections
• Credit Collections
• Research customer account and communicate with Customer or client to clear customer discrepancies.
• Reconciliation and month close activities
• Periodic contract pricing updates
Customer Service experience
Skills:
• Good Verbal & Written Communication
• Knowledge on SAP Application Preferred
• Customer/Client Focused attitude
• Eye for details.
• Problem solving skills.
• Any Visual basic or Macro skill are additional advantage.
