Job Description :
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core Position Management and Time Off modules
- Develop custom Metadata Framework (MDF) objects, Foundation Objects, complex Business Rules, and dynamic approval Workflows
- Build and troubleshoot HR data integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- Employee Central Compound APIs, and OData services Lead client workshops to gather HR business requirements and translate them into standard SuccessFactors functional specifications
