1. SucessFactors certification in Compensation and Variable Pay module.
2. Minimum 2 to 3 Implementations experience in Compensation and Variable Pay module.
3. SuccessFactors knowledge : Deep understanding of the compensation module, including variable pay, merit increases, bonuses, and total rewards statements
4. Technical skills : Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot the system, including using the Check Tool and creating technical support tickets.
5. Business acumen : Ability to translate business objectives into system requirements and provide strategic recommendations for compensation programs · Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution
6. Analytical skills : Competence in data validation, budget modeling, and generating complex reports
7. Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.
8. Hands on experience on High availability solutioning
