• Incident, problem & change management
• Support Inbound, Outbound & Internal Warehouse processes
• Root cause analysis & issue resolution
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams
• Iodic, interface & job monitoring
• Documentation, SOPs & knowledge transfer.
