Job description
Role & responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP MM module including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration such as:
- Purchasing (PR, PO, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements)
- Inventory Management (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer Posting)
- Material Master and Vendor Master configuration
- Work with cross-functional teams (SAP FI, SD, PP) for end-to-end process integration.
- Analyze and resolve production support issues and provide timely solutions.
- Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
- Coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Support data migration activities and system upgrades.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals/documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal controls.
