Must resolve production incidents and attend service request observing SLA compromises.
Capable to diagnose and solve critical incidents. Register and monitoring SAP notes, cases and tickets. QA & PRD Transfer Orders.
Following and support to systems refresh Senior Support BASIS Consultant.
Must Know:
– S4/HANA private cloud
– Cloud Conector
– Web Dispatcher
– SAP Router
