We are looking for: S4/HANA Finance Consultant – Organizational Restructuring Specialist

You’ll make an impact by:

• Support organizational restructuring initiatives including segment reorganizations, profit center changes, and company code consolidations within S4/HANA Finance
• Analyze financial and operational impact of organizational changes on master data, transactions, and reporting structures
• Collaborate with the ReOrg team to translate business restructuring requirements into S4/HANA configuration and data migration strategies
• Leverage understanding of logistics (MM) and sales (SD) processes to assess end-to-end impact across the value chain
• Manage master data changes related to organizational restructuring (cost centers, profit centers, company codes, business areas)
• Ensure financial reporting continuity during and after organizational transitions
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities for organizational changes
• Develop testing strategies and provide training to business users

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 5+ years SAP Finance experience with minimum 2 years in S4/HANA Finance
• Strong knowledge of S4/HANA Finance (FICO, Controlling) with focus on organizational structures
• Deep understanding of organizational elements: company codes, segments, profit centers, cost centers, and their interdependencies
• Solid understanding of logistics (MM) and sales (SD) processes and their financial integration
• Proven experience supporting organizational restructuring or segment reorganizations in SAP
• Knowledge of master data management and data migration strategies
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
