Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver SAP FICO training programs for clients, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify client requirements and develop customized training solutions.
• Develop course materials, presentations, and assessments to ensure engaging learning experiences.
• Provide ongoing support to clients through coaching, mentoring, or consulting services.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FICO) module implementation or consulting.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA platform and its applications in finance processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences at all levels.
